My name is Hadrien, but everyone calls me Makamaka. I'm a personal trainer in Brussels, Belgium, and I've been helping people with their fitness goals since 2019. I love what I do because it's all about making you feel better about yourself. Whether it's getting stronger, losing weight, having more energy, or just feeling calmer and more in control, I'm here to help you get there.
Originally from the beautiful Dominican Republic, I'm the fruit of a beautiful fusion between a Belgian father and a Dominican mother. This cultural diversity has shaped my personality and my approach to life.
Apart from the hours spent sweating it out in the gym, you'll find me on stage, savoring my passion for theater or improvisation, or discovering Belgium by hiking or pedaling its bike paths, or honing my boxing skills.
I'm convinced that movement and variety are the keys to a healthy, fulfilling life.
